My Massage Style

During most sessions, I work at what I consider a moderate to firm level of pressure. I make each session specific to the client by adjusting the pressure and including techniques from multiple massage modalities (Swedish, myofascial, lymphatic, etc.). I work deep only when other methods haven’t released tense muscles- and only as deep as a client can tolerate.

I don’t provide painfully deep massages. I prefer to engage the neurological and fascial systems in a way that encourages the whole body to relax. This allows me to sink gently into the tissues without causing discomfort.

Origin of Full Cycle Massage

When I first came up with the concept of Full Cycle Massage, I hadn’t even enrolled at the Florida School of Massage.  I left a cushy corporate job to follow my dream of creating a space that would empower women to love their bodies through all of the cycles of life.

During school my interests broadened. I gained a fascination with the mind-body connection and the psychosomatic power of touch. While I still enjoy working with women’s health, I am interested in treating a a variety of physical and emotional challenges.

Fast forward to today and I continue following my dream. Fresh out of school I become a Certified Arvigo® Abdominal Practitioner and have since become a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, Pregnancy Massage Specialist, and Myofascial Release Therapist.  I spent 3 years at a high end Spa perfecting the soothing nature of my touch.
